How to remember HF Holidays in your will
If you would like to leave a gift to HF Holidays in your Will, we recommend you consult your solicitor to advise the best approach depending on the type of legacy you wish to leave.
Information about our Society your solicitor may find useful:
- The Society is a mutually owned, co-operative registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.
- The Society does not have charitable status.
- The Society was historically governed by the Registrar of Friendly Societies, but this register has now been absorbed into the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
- HF Holidays is a registered Society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014. Registered with the Financial Conduct Authority registration number 5713R.
National Free Wills Month
Through the National Free Wills Month programme (which takes place every March & October), you can find a local solicitor who will draft your will for free. If you use Free Wills Month or other services, we hope you'll consider leaving a gift to HF Holidays, though there is no obligation.
